Note : - No interior design firm. - Additional costs of car rental and petrol for whole route (round-trip) will be charged if outside Greater Manchester. Receipt will be provided. - Documents and design works will be provided in soft copy and presentation through tele-conference. Payment terms: - 30% of total amount, paid before Item (1). - 20% of total amount, paid before Item (3). - 45% of total amount, paid before Item (4). - Rest of the total amount, paid within 5 working days after Iterm (5). |
